Hi!
This past week I've been away. I had the wonderful opportunity to travel Hwy 1 on the coast of California from just north of LA to San Francisco --- it was an amazing delight! It was a special joy to see the west coast at the peak of spring blossoming. God is so creative! He fashioned our country with such beauty and variety. The lyrics of America the Beautiful are so true:
O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the fruited plain!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!
(Katharine Lee Bates 1913)
If you will indulge me this week, I just have to share some of the beauty I saw with you! To those of you who live on the coast, these photos may seem mundane, but as one who has lived land-locked most of her life, I found the sights breathtaking! Hope they inspire you in some way! ...

I am so thankful to God for letting me do it first, and second for making it more spectacular than I had imagined!
Have you been to the central coast of CA? What did you like best?
I'll be back soon with more Inspiring Ideas!
