May God bless us in 2009!
Recipe from Epicurious: Flourless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Glaze. I did two layers of ganache, cooling between them to set. Then a third thin layer swirled over the top. I created the white medallion in frosting. I piped the number outlines in plain chocolate on to wax paper. When set, piped in the centers with a chocolate peanut butter mixture and popped in the freezer for a quick set. I lifted the numbers off the wax paper with a spatula and set carefully onto the white medallion.

That looks rich and yummy! I need to remember to look for your designs next time I am in a Hallmark store. I think it is so cool that I have met a designer. There is one not far from where I work. And another one in my hometown where we go to church. So the town I live in does not have a Hallmark store.
Yummy! save me a piece.
Looks delicious! Hope 2009 will be as good as this =) Happy New Year Jeanne!
