Spring + Easter Wreath

My spring wreath received a little "Happy Easter" embellishment this weekend:Since my front door is protected from the elements, I don't have to worry about waterproofing whatever I put on it. I, as usual, chose a quick solution for turning my wreath into holiday decor. I printed "Happy Easter" on a pink and cream toile patterned paper, then glued that onto a pink cardstock with allowance for a border:
A little hole punched at the top and strung with pale green string. I added some silver beads to the ends of the string, but that's about all the time I had for this year! :-)

Laurie - thanks for the compliment on our door! I love it, too, although I can't take credit for it! Previous owners! :-)

Anonymous - Yes! Our baby birdies from last year -- They flew away one day and we missed the whole thing! The kids are expecting to see a new nest and all this year ... but I'd like to encourage mommy birdie to find a more out-of-the-way spot! :-)
